Background
I'm a German-native MarTech architect based in Kuala Lumpur, working remotely with companies in Germany and English-speaking markets worldwide. My background spans the full stack of customer engagement infrastructure — platform architecture, data integration, lifecycle strategy, and AI-enabled automation.
For the past several years I've been leading CRM re-architecture and lifecycle transformation at a global subscription business serving 4M+ users — overseeing platform migrations, cross-channel engagement frameworks, and the integration of AI tooling into day-to-day marketing operations.
Before that I spent nearly a decade in senior email marketing roles at eCommerce companies in Germany, building and scaling email programs and teams from the ground up — in environments where list health, deliverability, and conversion efficiency were the metrics that mattered.
